A closer look
GPT Image 2 was introduced on April 21, 2026. It remains a separate selection from the 2.5 variants in Quickmake. Keeping a named baseline makes it easier to judge a change of model against work you have already approved.
When revisiting an older prompt, begin with the same composition and reference assets. Record the settings alongside the result, then compare a newer release on that brief. Look at whether the image needs fewer corrections, rather than assuming a larger version number resolves every detail.

Review your result in the layout where it will be used. Check the focal subject, edges, small details, and room for your copy before approving the asset.
Original briefs to adapt to your project. These are suggested prompts, not benchmark results. Each link opens the named model with the prompt prepared.
An editorial still life of a red enamel teapot, a folded navy linen napkin, and a sliced pear on a pale oak table. Window light from the right, natural shadows, overhead view, no lettering.
